I got pulled over in I 81 doing 99/65 (this is what the officer stated). I live in Maryland and i hold a Florida drivers license (i just moved to maryland 2 weeks prior). I have spoken to many different lawyers, one said that they give a day in jail for every mile over 90, another told me for every day in jail it counts as 2. I know I'm punishable for to up to 12 months and a fine up to 2500 but ive never heard of anybody actually getting that. Does anybody have an idea how much jail time the judge will require if any? ... 30...or 60 or 90 days.. somebody has to have an idea. I also have a girl and a baby that i provide for i don't know what i would do if i had to be incarcerated for to long or what i would do about my job. Would it help if i took driver improvement cles? Ice fishing tips for tournament?

I am going to the 2011 Crystal Lake Ice Fishing Tournament in Ellington, CT. I've never been to this lake before, but from what I've heard it's full of Trout, Atlantic Salmon, and Northern Pike. Now I'm not a very experienced Ice-fisherman (I'm 15 and my friends and I just started last year) but I have had lots of success at a small lake near my house. The thing is, it is a warm water lake and only has pickerel, largemouth, and the occasional perch. The best method we have found is using a medium shiner on a tip-up. We have no experience ice fishing for trout or salmon, so I decided to post this to see if I could get some tips on how to catch trout and salmon. Will the old shiner-on-a-tip-up method work or should we try something else? And please don't say jigging...

I know the feeling all too well. I am 26. I have two biological sons who are 3 years old and 8 months old, and then I have an adopted daughter from my husband who is almost 12 years old. Whenever I take her to ball practice or school events, the other parents stare at me like I am her older sister. They don't really talk to me at all. I consider myself to be fun and outgoing. I listen to rap and wear juniors clothes. My daughter loves hanging out with me because I crank up the b in my SUV when I take her to school and the boys in her cl have crushes on me. She thinks that is hilarious. I still cook breakfast and dinner and clean my house and go to PTA meetings, but I rarely talk about those things. My conversations usually steer more towards business and political science considering that is what I majored in. My husband is ten years older than me and his friends' wives won't talk to me. The last thing one said was that I had really good skin. I told her I was 25 (at the time) and then she started making accusations toward her husband about being around younger women. Crazy!!! We all went out a couple of years ago and then went back to her house. My hubby seft me in the kitchen with the other wives while he and his buddies went outside to drink beer. All the wives talked about was feeding and how advanced their children were. Then, when I tried to talk about mine, they just stared at me blankly. I finally went outside with the guys. I know the feeling. I have gotten to the point that I just hang out with my real friends, married or not, or hang out at my house.

Question to all those out there with false teeth?

It is a shame at age 20 to have to have false teeth. You should be aware that you will have problems with them also. Think of them as you would having an artificial arm. It is better than no arm, but will never function nearly as well as your own arm did. The upper is easier to get used to and fits with suction. The lower just floats around and the tongue and floor of the mouth is constantly working against it. That is why it is always much better to save some teeth on the lower to clasp to and help make it more stable. If that can't be done, perhaps placing a couple of implants that the lower can attach to would also be great. (You can place implants on the upper and do the same thing, but if you were to make a choice, the lower should be the most important). You will have to learn talking and new ways to eat with them. They also will periodically have to be relined to make them fit better as your gums change with time. I wish you good luck and it's too bad you have had to come to this.

We talked for a bit, and I saw her at the young life meetings for a month or two afterwards (her parents hosted the meetings at their house). Afterwards she and two other friends, along with myself would go to sonic for drinks and whatnot. We always had a good time, and eventually I worked up the courage to ask her to prom. She accepted rather cheerily. We texted more in between, had more young life meetings, worked out prom details, and I called and asked her to a movie (prom was a few weeks away). She agreed, but we couldn't fit it in until after prom. No big deal. Prom was a blast, and I got the sense that we both had a rather good time. I gave her the movie details one night, and in the middle she asked if some friends we both knew could tag along. I said yes, as she wanted to combine movie plans with them (at least that was her excuse). We had fun, but I didn't feel like anything happened at the movie. I believe she used to have an eating disorder, so I wasn't terribly dismayed when she turned down my offers to share my concessions (or the fact that she didn't eat a ton at prom dinner). Things continued rather well, we continued our texting conversations, and we saw each other again at the young life BBQ in the park.I tried to set up plans with when we could go out (as I had wanted to go to the movies with solely her), but it didnt work out right, as it stormed rather severely). Eventually I was able to nail down that we could meet up after memorial weekend, and after attending her grad party, I texted her today. She was working, so I kept the conversation brief, but asked her to drinks at sonic (with just me), since it had been a while, and that would be a comfortable situation for us. She agreed, and mentioned that her boyfriend could get us free drinks. In my mind I started freaking out, but internalized it and managed to kindly agree and ask her to let me know when she was free to do so. I am confused that I was unaware of this and am unsure of how to proceed. I don't read into facebook too much, but her status is single and shes never mentioned a boyfriend before or shown obvious affection to a particular individual in my presence. To be honest, I feel like all this time has been somewhat wasted, and don't know what to do at this point. We're both going to the same college this fall, and I don't know who this guy is. has anyone ever heard of this? my x brother in law served during the vietnam war, he was drafted right out oh high school. Well he just pes away and his children went to va to get his his death benfits for funeral. They were told that he was a General , RN, Lpn, social worker, and a chaplin. He served for 4 years and was home married with a child by the time he 24. I tried to tell my nephew there had to some sort of mistake, but he says the VA says he must have done something very big and signficant to earn the rank of General but they wont say what. I dont want to argue the point with my nephew right at this time cause his Dad just ped away. But him and his brother and sister believe this to be true, even their Mother has told them it is a mistake. They say it is on is discharge papers. The fam would like turkey for dinner and I have a frozen, young, 25 pound erball. But I hate to thaw it in cold water for 5-6 hours as written according to the directions for a faster thawing. why don't I care. i watch it and agree it is horrible, but nothing affects me. In fact the only reason i tune to the news is to see if there is "Breaking News". When I watch "Breaking News" i always hope for it to get worse, even 9/11(and i am an american). Is it a Morbid Curiousity thing? I'm normal in all other aspects (relatively speaking). Wasnt sure about keeping the baby..how far behind am I?

Today is officially the last day of my first trimester and I wasn't sure that I was keeping the baby until just this week for so many reasons but anyhow I decided I am keeping the baby after all. Now I'm just worried about how far behind I would be on all the prenatal testing. I'm starting to stress out about what if somethings not right with the baby. I made an appt. for next week but I'm still just worried. I know that I probably would have had the AFP test I believe and I know how sensitive that test is regarding down syndrome. I had an ultrasound done on 1/31/09 and I was 9 wks 1 day because I had spotted a lil bit and the Dr. had said the baby looked good and measured perfect but still that doesnt mean anything. Also another thing that worries me is that my bf and I have o blood type. What is this sharp pain in my abdomen?

I started having this sharp pain about a week ago, in my abdomen, on the right side that gradually got worse as the week went on. I went to the dr. Monday, and she thought it was either an ovarian cyst or appendicitis. She was leaning more towards appendicitis, because with a cyst, I wouldn't have a fever and nausea, which I've had. I had bloodwork that came back normal, so she sent me for a CT scan. That came back normal, and didn't show appendicitis or a cyst. So what could it be? I don't think it's a UTI or constipation or anything, cuz I haven't had to go to the bathroom any more than I've had to, and I haven't had painful urination. ???

I know they say that getting alittle sun is good for you, but my skin doesnt take the sun too well, Ive had some serious burns in the past from being out in the sun too long. PT Cruiser over heating?

2001 PT Cruiser LE 2.4L, red line over heats when driven. Will boil out the coolant threw the overflow tank while driving down the road. Running the heater reduces the heat slightly. Fan works properly. I removed the thermastat in hopes to keep the temperature down, which did not help. The radiator does not get hot, but it does get lightly warm. Could this be a clogged radiator? the radiator does not show any external damage, and there is no leakage.

I am a cancer patient. I just finished 4 rounds of cytoxan and adriamycin chemotherapy. I am starting taxol this friday. About a month ago I noticed a dark spot on my left fingernail. It is now dark brown and moving down my nail slightly. It is IN my nail not under it. I also developed the same looking patches on my tongue. Side effects of cytoxan can be darkening of the nails but can it be isolated to one nail or does it change all nails? Do you think this is from the chemo meds?

I just started taking the Loestrine 24 (sorry for misspelling?) and it's much different then the other pills I've been on. The sugar pills at the end of the pack are brown and that's very weird to me. Just making sure these are really sugar pills. Well, a month later, we broke up. 3 days after that, I found out I'm pregnant. I never questioned paternity - I know it's my ex's. My doctor ured me that there's no possible way that it could be Ted's. Now it has been 5 months and we are back together, but he is threatening to do all kinds of stuff to the guy I cheated on him with. Like threatening to set his car on fire, have him beat up. Foul body odor from rectum?

What causes a sparrow to peck at windows?

For the past month we have had a sparrow (I think it's a song sparrow) pecking at the windows of our house. When it first started, it pecked and fluttered continuously for almost a whole day straight. Now it starts at first light and continues sporadically throughout the day, sometimes until almost dark. I hate my roomate/best friends boyfriend...why doesn't she understand?

Johnson outboard stuck down in water. release won't work. how do i get down lock to release so i can transport

the release mechanism on the starboard side is "sheared" off. Rotates half the pin but does not have any effect.. normally this control is lifted which releases the motor so it can be lowered or raised by hand. The motor is a 28 hp johnson outboard with an older omc drive. thanks if you can help

Wow, you really made a mess out of this deal. Next time you will figure it out hopefully. You should have just made the plans and stuck with them and if people could have shown up, fine, if not oh well. You put too many cooks in the kitchen, as it were, including the guest of honor. SAT problems?

I'm beginning to get very worried. I am currently a high school junior with high aspirations. I want to be a physicist, and go to schools like MIT, standford, cornell, caltech, etc. etc. etc. I'm currently enrolled in the Princeton Review course, and let's just say it's not going well. I haven't even broken 2000 on any of my practice tests, and the actual test is in TWO WEEKS. It seems every time I take the SAT, I am unable to answer the questions, do math correctly or even write a decent essay. I want a score around a 2200-2300, but as of now it doesn't even seem likely I'll even make it to 2000. I'm enrolled in the March 1st test, and I'm deftly afraid I wont make it. To put things in perspective, I'm generally an A, A+ student in school. I usually get As in math and almost always A+'s in physical science courses (AP Chem, Physics, etc.).
