Can you make ice cream using non fat yoghurt ,cream cheese and which ever flavouring?

I make a delicious lemon cheesecake icecream using quark, cream and lemon curd. Just mix them all together and put into an ice cream churn. I suppose purists would not call it ice cream but it looks like it and tastes like it so who cares.
