What is does IMEI Validation mean? I checked my phone out @ phonehistoryreport.com and it said that was poor.?
What is does IMEI Validation mean? I checked my phone out @ phonehistoryreport.com and it said that my IMEI Validation was poor. But it ws not reported lost or stolen and it was still approved. Does this mean I cannot get it activated?
