Although you need to eat fruit, one must watch what kind of fruit for a sugar free diet! Over all what you eat needs to be determined in what you are trying to achieve! The Bowl of 30g bran flakes one package of splenda and skim milk sounds the best! But variety is good for your health and your demeanor!
