Um.....where is she becoming mean.? You have to understand that you have no friends yet. She's your only friend at the moment. I don't know what year you're in in high school, but most likely, she's been there longer than you and has aculated more friends. If that's what you call being mean then I have no clue what being nice is. She's actually trying to help you get more friends by allowing you to jump into the conversation. She's not mean, she's probably just well known. You can't depend on her to be your only only ONLY friend. Go make some new ones. But she's not being mean. I think you're just misunderstanding things.
