How can i make this work out?

ok this is the big dramatic story. about a year ago my best friend moved to west virginia (i still live in illinois) we lost touch for a while but we recently started talking again. she told me that she was dating a 19 year old (she just turned 15) and of course, being the good friend that i am, i told her to be careful and to not have with him. but, being a teenaged girl, she didn't listen. they only had one time bet she is pregnant anyway. whats worse is her boyfriend broke up with her about a week before she found out so he doesn't know yet. but the real issue is the fact that she lives with her (rather crazy) aunt. and we know for a fact that as soon as she tells her aunt my friend will be kicked out.now i know that this will make her emancipated and a legal adult. but she cannot raise her child alone so i have a plan. she will come back here and we will get an apartment in her name and i will work full time to support us. (because she is only 15 she can only work 8 hours a week, but i will be 16 soon and can then work full time) we can then get food stamps and wic coupons. now i know this sounds ridiculous and idiotic but neither of us can see any other option and i will do whatever i can to help her. so my question is will this work? and is it legal?
