I would suggest getting a second opinion, that doesn't sound like an Aura, My migraines eventually caused a veisospasm in my brain, causing strokelike effects, some doctors will say that migraines don't cause strokes, but Mine did. the confusion you had would cause me much worry, next time you have a migraine def go to the hosp. and they will do a neuro check to make sure everything is ok.
