Please help me with my car!!?

hi i have a 98 grand marquis it shakes like a earthquake when in reverse when i step on the gas it feels like it sputters but its just pulling the check engine light just came on and when i opened the hood it looked like oil was coming out where the radiator hose meets the engine?? no clue please help thanks!!
