Bootcamp for mac(i hate where i need 20 letters urgh!)?

Ok, well I have bootcamp on my mac. How do I get to windows? I press option when it boots up and i only get my Macintosh HD up. What do i need to do? I have bootcamp installed? Do i need a disc for it or somthing?
