True story: How dumb of an idea that a mother would do this to her child?

My neighbor has a little toddler,Ashley. so she gives her gum at age 4 and Ashley sticks it in her hair. It got stuck so Pam,Ashleys mom did a little "homemade haircut" and cut her bangs off so they're diagonal and now all her hair was cut off because Pam wanted to make it even and then she looked like a boy. So,hley went to a salon...And now shes BALD!!!!!
