Any real Entrepreneurs out there? I need your help!?

I have been looking for funding for a while now, unfortunately my friends don't have any extra money to invest, banks are not lending to a startup, the SBA has wasted a great deal of my time and effort only to send be back to the bank, and venture capital will not even return my inquiries. I have a start up called Oneclickvideo.com which I am going to turn into a franchise. This idea is my Big Idea and I know the concept will work. I have tried to post on prosper.com and several other sites like it, and I have had low results. I think due to me not being high tech, it may be a barrier. I am only seeking $10,000.00 which in the investing world is small. I also keep getting emails from African scam artist. If you’re reading this post please don't contact me. I am seeking advice from real people who have started companies and who are successful and can give a guy some real advice. Thank you all in advance for your response.
