Where do Macintosh software vendors on Ebay get their inventory?

For example, I see copies of iLife and .Mac selling on Ebay at prices far below retail. I was curious where these vendors acquired their inventory at prices low enough to facilitate these low-price sales (which are $10 to $30 below retail by sellers with high feedback ratings).
