I've been getting frequent nose bleeds my whole life. Can someone tell me what could be the problem?

High blood pressure, or just fragile blood vessels in the nose and sinus area could be two common culprits. I would go to the doctor if I were you; perhaps get an ear-nose-throat specialist to take a look.
