How do I make her stop?!?!?!?

My dog needs to be crated when I go to work because she is so destructive!!!! She is in a metal kennel and we put a blanket in there for her now it's just fluff! She has bent a METAL door to her kennel so it's hard to lock it and she bent the top so now it's like dome shaped!!! We had to add another lock to her kennel or else she could get out. We gave her toys and now they are just fluff also!!! She could move her kennel and tour up the carpet in front of her!!!! We had to chain her kennel to the computer desk! We can't leave her 10 minutes home alone without her destroing something!! I finally got her a kong toy and filled it with peanut er and she just left the peanut er wanted nothing to do with it. Then i filled it with ham she liked that but she still killed her blanket!!! We have tried everything bones, kongs, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! I would say put her outside but it's 110*F outside and she would probaly just dig holes under the fence, and chew on the hose!!!!!!! WHAT DO I DO WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO KEEP HER FROM BEING DESTRUTIVE IS IT BECAUSE SHE IS BORED OR DOES SHE HAVE SEPERATION ANXIETY????? she is a GSD mix
