How do i get a resale number and certificate?

Whenever you need to purchase items w/o being charged sales tax so that you can resell them and then collect the sales tax, u need a resale certificate. You must apply for a CRT-61 in Illinois through the Dept of Rev, u were looking in the right area, but u missed it. Click on the link below and scroll down to the CRT-61 and click on Form & Instr. on the right side, read through the info at the bottom of doc that opens to make sure that it what you were looking for.
